Societeit de Harmonie is a Jakarta jazz collective known for their arrangements of ragtime, bossa nova, and jazz interpretations of standards, pop hits, and traditional Indonesian songs — the sound behind #jazzmepetmuka.

For Akasta's grand opening, they step into full theatrical form: eight musicians, one vocalist, and a set list built to conjure the smoke, brass, and candlelight of a 1920s Batavia societeit hall.
